Hanke objektiks on eID lahenduste (eelkõige DigiDoc4J teegi ja teiste Java-põhiste teekide, valideerimisteenus SiVa, allkirjastamisteenus SiGa, RIA autentimisteenused, Baastarkvara mobiilsetel platvormidel, krüpteerimisteenused), kuid vajadusel ka muude eID java keele põhiste olemasolevate või loodavate lahenduste ja teenuste analüüsimine, arendamine, kaasajastamine, täiendamine ning vigade parandused.
