Ehitise A1 projekteerimine (ehitusluba kuni TP) ja ehitus (k.a nõrkvoolutööd). Tehnoloogiline ehitis. Asukoht täpsustub tehnilises kirjelduses. Ca 45 m kõrge betoonist ehitise osa, põhja pindalaga ca 250 m2. Ülejäänud betoonist ehitis põhjapindalaga ca 100 m2 ja kõrgusega ca 10 m. Olemasolevate hoonete lammutus, sh lammutusprojektid. Olemas eskiislahendus. Tegu on uue ehitise ehitamisega, tehnovõrgud, platsid, nõrkvool.
