Conform art 161 din Legea 98/2016, numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere al ofertelor/candidaturilor : 18 zile. Termenul de raspuns al Autoritati contractante la solicitarile de clarificare/ informatii suplimentare: 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
