Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης «ΕΦΚΑΝΕΤ-ΙΙ» είναι : Η παροχή στον e-ΕΦΚΑ Τηλεπικοινωνιακών Υπηρεσιών Συμφωνημένου Επιπέδου (SLA) μετάδοσης Δεδομένων, Φωνής και Εικόνας που θα ικανοποιεί τις άμεσες και τις μελλοντικές ανάγκες του e-ΕΦΚΑ, με τη λειτουργία ενός Ιδιωτικού Ιδεατού Δικτύου (VPN) πολλαπλών υπηρεσιών.
