Riigihanke esemeks on erinevatesse Eesti piirkondadesse eesti keelt ja kultuuri tutvustavate õppereiside Narvast korraldamine eri keele- ja kultuuritaustaga inimestele , sh uussisserändajatele , tagasipöördujatele ja Eesti kodanikele. Riigihanke tulemusena sõlmitava hankelepinguga määratletud tegevused peavad olema teostatud ajavahemikul detsember 2024 – detsember 2025.
