Riigihanke eesmärk on leida kuni 4 koostööpartnerit, kes korraldab eesti keele A1-¸ A2-, B1.1- ja B1.2-tasemel kursusi vastavalt riigihanke eseme tehnilisele kirjeldusele, arvestades valitud riigihanke osa kirjeldust (vt AD lisa 1 punkti 1.3). Riigihanke tulemusena sõlmitava hankelepinguga määratletud tegevused peavad olema teostatud ajavahemikul jaanuar 2024‒detsember 2024 (k.a).
