De gemeente Hengelo wil als aanbestedende dienst één opdrachtnemer contracteren voor het leveren, implementeren van en migreren naar een betrouwbare en schaalbare applicatie voor het langdurig opslaan en (intern en extern) ontsluiten van, in eerste instantie, gedigitaliseerde archieven. De Oplossing moet deze mogelijkheden op termijn ook bieden voor digital born informatie (informatie die in een digitale omgeving ontstaan is).
