Description
The Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH), as the awarding authority, intends to issue a Europe-wide invitation to tender in the first quarter of 2025 for the service described below as part of a negotiated procedure with a preliminary call for tenders. The overall service to be provided will be divided into 9 individual lots. Please refer to the following brief description for the expected type and scope of the individual lots. The Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) examines in accordance with Sections 9 et seq. WindSeeG, the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) examines the areas designated in the area development plan for tendering by the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) and development with wind turbines. The marine environment, subsoil, wind and oceanographic conditions as well as the traffic suitability of the area are examined and reports are prepared. The BSH examines the suitability of the area on the basis of the information from these investigations, among other things. If the BSH comes to the conclusion that the area is suitable, it determines the suitability by statutory order and the results of the investigation are forwarded to the BNetz…
