Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Termenul limita in care entitatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare va fi in a 11- a zi inainte de data depunerii ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatoriii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit. Prima livrare se va efectua in termen de maxim 12 luni de la semnarea contractului.
