Asociația CREST intentioneaza achizitionarea de echipamente informatice, inclusiv a accesoriilor aferente acestora, iar cu titlu accesoriu: instalarea echipamentelor si instruirea personalului utilizator, în conformitate cu prevederile din Caietul de sarcini, Propunerea tehnică și Contract. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări este de 20 zile până la data de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11 a zi înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor.
