Description
Het uitvoeren van installatietechnische werkzaamheden, beheer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden (planmatige vervangingen, correctieve en periodieke beheer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden) en vervangingen en verbeteringen aan installaties in het kader van verduurzaming aan diverse soorten vastgoed op basis van de gewenste kwaliteitsstandaard en om zo blijvend te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving. Veiligheid en duurzaamheid zijn hierbij belangrijk. Opdrachtnemer is zowel verantwoordelijk voor het goed functioneren als het in goede conditie brengen en houden van installatietechnische onderdelen. Opdrachtnemer voert zodanig beheer en onderhoud uit dat deze op het door Vitens gewenste kwaliteitsniveau worden gehouden of gebracht, om klachten van gebruikers, verstoring van de bedrijfsprocessen en uitval van installaties te voorkomen en de veiligheid te garanderen. Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en uitvoeren van al het noodzakelijke onderhoud en storingen. Het doel is zo min mogelijke verstoring van het bedrijfsproces waarbij de prestatie-eisen/kwaliteitseisen zoals opgenomen in de SLA’s als ondergrens gelden.
