KVK is opzoek naar een opdrachtnemer die inkoopadviesdiensten op resultaatbasis kan leveren. De te sluiten overeenkomst waarborgt de continuïteit in de uitvoering van aanbestedingen, ook wanneer er interne capaciteit tijdelijk ontbreekt bijvoorbeeld bij piekbelasting of ziekte. In dergelijke gevallen biedt deze overeenkomst ruimte om snel en adequaat externe ondersteuning in te schakelen.
