Description
Het Maastricht UMC+ wenst een overeenkomst af te sluiten voor de levering van drukwerk, verdeeld over twee percelen. De opdracht heeft als doel een efficiënte, kwalitatieve en kosteneffectieve invulling te geven aan de drukwerkbehoefte van het UMC, met oog voor duurzaamheid en flexibiliteit. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een initiële periode van vier (4) jaar met een optie tot verlenging van twee (2) maal één (1) jaar. Perceel 1: Standaard/voorraad drukwerk; Dit perceel omvat de levering van standaard drukwerk met vooraf vastgestelde specificaties en maatwerk drukwerk waarbij specificaties per order worden bepaald. Daarnaast vallen voorraad artikelen ook binnen de scope. De leverancier dient een digitaal bestelsysteem te bieden voor orderverwerking, deze is gekoppeld aan een ordernummer die door het Maastricht UMC+ beschikbaar is gesteld. Dus klanten m.b.t. maatdrukwerk kunnen zelf een poster, flyer of ander artikel bestellen via de digitale omgeving van de leverancier. Voor voorraad en magazijn artikelen zijn voorraadprocessen ingericht. Een indicatie van de aantallen/huidige afname is op het prijzenblad vermeld.
