Description
Det huvudsakliga syftet med systemet är att bygga/utveckla e-tjänster (elektroniska blanketter/formulär) som antingen används externt (mot allmänheten) eller internt (för medarbetare i kommunen). Exempel på e-tjänster kan vara att beställa kartor, anmäla modersmålsundervisning eller beställa passerkort. Ett ifyllt formulär kan sedan handläggas i systemet av en handläggare. Därmed erbjuder plattformen även ärendehantering/handläggarstöd utöver e-tjänstebyggaren.
