Zie aanmeldingsleidraad. Stichting Maatschappelijk Vastgoed wenst een geheel nieuw Kindcentrum in Wijhe te laten realiseren door een ontwikkelende aannemer. De selectie hiervan geschiedt middels een Engineering & Construct aanbesteding volgens de procedure van een concurrentiegerichte dialoog. De gemeente Olst-Wijhe, mijnplein, De Mare en De Bieënkorf worden de gebruikers van het Kindcentrum Wijhe. Het Kindcentrum zal bestaan uit twee basisscholen: basisschool Mijnpleinschool en basisschool De Wije van De Mare. Het gebouw wordt aangevuld met ruimte voor kinderopvang ten behoeve van De Bieënkorf en ruimte voor de GGD Ijsselland. -
