De selectie hiervan geschiedt middels een Engineering & Construct aanbesteding volgens de procedure van een concurrentiegerichte dialoog. De gemeente Olst-Wijhe, mijnplein, De Mare en KOOS worden de gebruikers van het Kindcentrum Olst. Het te bouwen kindcentrum is energieneutraal en kent ruimte voor twee basisscholen, kinderopvang, een kindzorgcluster en een gymzaal. -
