Description

Denna upphandling syftar till att avtala en e-arkivlösning som uppfyller Kristianstads kommuns behov och förväntningar. Lösningen omfattar ett system för långtidsbevarande av information (e-arkiv), som ska installeras och konfigureras on-premise i Kristianstads kommuns IT-miljö. Systemet ska implementeras i nära samarbete med leverantören och drivas lokalt, vilket innebär att E-arkivet inte får vara en molnbaserad lösning. Existerande information från nuvarande e-arkiv ska överföras för att säkerställa kontinuitet i bevarandet.
