Description
Upphandling avser e-Arkiv. Koncernen Karlstads kommun jobbar allt mer digitalt och har ett behov av att kunna lämna över information till ett e-arkiv. I dagsläget erbjuder kommunen traditionell/analog arkivering. Ett e-arkiv ersätter inte det fysiska arkivet utan är ett komplement och en naturlig utveckling i ett digitalt samhälle där både informationsmängder och krav på tillgänglighet ökar. Information har ett stort värde och är en strategisk resurs om rätt förutsättningar finns. Informationen i de digitala slutarkiven ska vara äkta, tillgänglig och läsbar för all framtid. Målet med upphandlingen är att få ett system där kommunen både kan mellanlagra och slutarkivera information. Åtkomsten kommer styras av olika behörigheter och information kan lämnas ut på begäran. På sikt ser vi även att medborgarna ska själva kunna få tag på en del information från arkivet via en webbportal.
