PRZEDMIOTEM ZAMÓWIENIA jest : Dzierżawa zintegrowanego systemu do badań biochemicznych i immunochemicznych (platforma) ,ze zintegrowanym systemem typu Beck -up ( platforma zabezpieczająca) wraz z dostawą odczynników i materiałów zużywalnych dla potrzeb Laboratorium Analitycznego Powiatowego Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Stalowej Woli w okresie 2 lat od daty zawarcia umowy wraz z dostawą do siedziby Zamawiającego zgodnie z formularzem ofertowym – załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, formularzem cenowym – załącznik nr 2 , Parametry techniczne – Załącznik nr 4 do oraz wymaganiami zawartymi w SWZ. oraz wymaganiami zawartymi w SWZ. Pozostałe warunki zamówienia określa projekt umowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 9 , umowa przetwarzanie danych osobowych- stanowiący załącznik nr 9 A do SWZ.
