Ο Διαχειριστής Συστήματος Μεταφοράς Κύπρου διενεργεί Ανοικτό Διαγωνισμό με σκοπό την «Αγορά Συμβουλευτικών Υπηρεσιών για Αναθεώρηση των Κανόνων Αγοράς Ηλεκτρισμού με σκοπό τη συμμόρφωση με τις Ρυθμιστικές Αποφάσεις της ΡΑΕΚ 03/2019, 02/2024, 01/2025, 03/2024, 04/2024, 05/2024». Στο αντικείμενο του έργου του Αναδόχου της σύμβασης δεν περιλαμβάνεται η καθαυτή τροποποίηση των Κανόνων Αγοράς Ηλεκτρισμού (ΚΑΗ) αλλά, σαφείς, λεπτομερείς, και αιτιολογημένες κατευθυντήριες γραμμές προς τον ΔΣΜΚ ώστε ο ίδιος να τροποποιήσει τους ΚΑΗ.
