Description
L'objet du marché est l'infogérance (hébergement et exploitation) de la plate-forme du système Parcours H. Les services attendus comprennent : - Les locaux d'hébergement - Une infrastructure d'hébergement de l'application tenant compte des évolutions techniques identifiées à ce jour - Le service d'hébergement sécurisé de l'application - La fourniture des équipements réseaux et sécurité permettant l'intégration dans le site d'hébergement - L'installation des équipements, des serveurs et des applicatifs - La mise en service des équipements, des serveurs et des applicatifs - La mise en place d'une convention de service, sur la base d'un engagement de Qualité de Service - La mise en oeuvre de moyens de suivi et de documentation - L'administration, l'exploitation et la supervision du service L'infrastructure cible pourra être construite sur une offre "cloud" de type IAAS/PAAS sous réserve de répondre aux exigences liées à la nature des données et au caractère public du service. L'infrastructure actuelle de ParcoursH est hébergée et maintenue par un infogéreur en collaboration avec la Direction des Systèmes d'Information de l'Agefiph
