Drossel-transformaatorite ost Tapa jaama koos kohustusega teostada vajalik projekteerimine ja läbi viia koolitus. Hanke ese on täpsemalt kirjeldatud HD Lisas 1 ja selle lisades. Raamleping hakkab kehtima alates sõlmimisest (15.05.2024 on eelduslik).
