Det huvudsakliga syftet med detta avtal är att Skellefteå kommun ska ha en avtalad leverantör som sköter underhåll och drift av Skellefteå kommuns sidospår så att spåren är framkomliga för godstågstrafik och godstågen kan framföras på spåren på ett säkert sätt.
