Description
Utföraren åtar sig att från och med 2024-11-01 för beställarens räkning svara för driften av bostad med särskild service i form av servicebostad med sex lägenheter. Upphandlingen avser fem lägenheter med option på den sjätte lägenheten. Målgruppen är personer med lindrig eller måttlig intellektuell funktionsnedsättning. I uppdraget ingår både att svara för service, omvårdnad och stöd enligt Lagen om stöd och service för vissa funktionshindrade (LSS) och i viss mån Socialtjänstlagen (SoL). Utföraren svarar även för insatser enligt Hälso- och sjukvårdslagen (HSL), dock ej läkarinsatser.
