Uppdraget avser drift av särskilt boende för äldre avseende verksamheterna Brunnsgatan 15A samt Solbacken, där Lunds kommun är hyresavtalsägare och Anbudsgivaren sköter driften av de särskilda boendena. En (1) Anbudsgivare kommer att antas för driften av de två särskilda boendena.
