SLU avser teckna ramavtal med en (1) leverantör med uppdrag att förse SLU med: Lunchrestaurang med caféutbud för såväl SLU:s personal som för studenter och externa besökare.Intern catering för SLU Alnarp inkl. Lönnstorp och Mellangård.Lunch-, middags- och festarrangemang som förläggs på SLU Alnarp.Drift av separat café- och kioskverksamhet (option).Verksamhet bedrivs främst under terminer och dagtid på vardagar men viss lunchförsäljning behövs även under sommartid och under juluppehåll. Specifika evenemang kan förekomma på kvällar såväl som helger under hela året. Möjligheten att driva separat café- och kioskverksamhet i annan lokal på campus kan aktualiseras under avtalstiden. Mer information framgår av upphandlingsdokumentet. Lokaler för tjänsternas utförande tillhandahålls av SLU genom upprättande av hyreskontrakt. VolymSLU inhandlar catering och representation för ca 350 000 SEK per år. Därtill uppskattas antalet serverade luncher till ca 150-250 per dag. Volymangivelsen utgör ingen garanti och anbudsgivaren ska leverera det verkliga behovet.
