Furnizare, transport, instalare, punere în functiune, instruire utilizare si service în perioada de garantie pentru ,,Dotare Ambulatoriu de specialitate din cadrul Spitalului Municipal Campulung ” 2 loturi; Procedura de atribuire a contractului de achiziție publică pentru atribuirea contractului de achizitie publica avand ca obiect ”DOTARE AMBULATORIU DE SPECIALITATE DIN CADRUL SPITALULUI MUNICIPAL CAMPULUNG ” este initiata sub incidenta unei clauze suspensive avand in vedere ca fondurile vor fi asigurate dupa aprobarea cererii de finantare a proiectului cu fonduri europene nerambursabile, Programului Sanatate, Ghidul solicitantului Investiții în infrastructura publică a ambulatoriilor unităților sanitare/structurilor sanitare publice - dotare Cod apel nr. PS/451/PS_P1/OP4/RSO4.5/PS_P1_RSO4.5_A2.in sensul ca incheierea contractului de achizitie publica este conditionata de alocarea fondurilor necesare cu aceasta destinatie din fondurile PS, semnarea contractului facandu-se cu respectarea dispozitiilor referitoare la angajarea cheltuielor din bugetele care intra sub incidenta legislatiei privind finantele publice.Având în vedere dispozițiile Legii 98/2016 privind achizitiile publi…
