Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy wyrobów medycznych do Zespołu Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej w Cieszynie. Zamówienie składa się z 137 części, z których każda stanowi oddzielny przedmiot zamówienia. W Formularzu cenowym - Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ podano szczegółowy opis asortymentu oraz przewidywane zapotrzebowanie w okresie obowiązywania umowy.
