Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy rękawic chirurgicznych wraz z ich transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób i miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego, do Szpitala Pomnik Chrztu Polski w Gnieźnie Magazyn medyczny przy ul. Św. Jana 9 lub Apteka szpitalna przy ul. 3 Maja 37. Każdorazowo w zamówieniach będzie podane miejsce dostarczenia towaru. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz cenowy (OPZ) – stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
