Description
1.Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy materiałów opatrunkowych, wraz z ich transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób wskazany przez Zamawiającego do Apteki Szpitalnej przy ul. 3 Maja 37. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz cenowy (OPZ) – stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Szczegółowe regulacje określono w SWZ.
