1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy endoprotez stawu kolanowego dla Szpitala Pomnik Chrztu Polski w Gnieźnie, wraz z ich transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem do pomieszczeń oddziału ortopedycznego zlokalizowanym w budynku D przy ul. 3 Maja 37 w Gnieźnie. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz cenowy (OPZ) – stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Szczegółowe regulacje określono w SWZ.
