Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy endoprotez stawu biodrowego i kolanowego w tym: Zadanie nr 1 - Endoproteza biodra typ I : trzpieni – 66 szt, panewek - 76 szt, głowa - 55 szt, oraz niezbędnych elementów zabiegowych do ich wykonania (wkład do panewki, cement, zaciski, kable, płytki, korki itp) – łącznie zadanie obejmuje 461 szt. asortymentu, Zadanie nr 2 - Endoproteza stawu kolanowego typ I - CR, CS lub PS – 55 szt , protez rewizyjnych stawu kolanowego – 2 szt oraz niezbędnych elementów zabiegowych do ich wykonania (element udowy i piszczelowy, wkładki, cement, śruby, taca piszczelowa itp) – łącznie zadanie obejmuje 295 szt. asortymentu.
