1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa urządzenia VIBREX 2000 Plus (z przeznaczeniem dla śmigłowców). Przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany i nienaprawiany, wyprodukowany w 2024 roku lub w 2023 roku, posiadający świadectwo wzorowania wydane przez krajową instrukcję metrologiczną ze znakiem CIPM MRA lub laboratorium wzorcujące akredytowane przez jednostkę akredytującą będącą sygnatariuszem porozumień EA MLA lub ILAC MRA, działające w oparciu o aktualne wydanie norm ISO/IEC 17025 z symbolem akredytacji. Dopuszcza się dostarczenie przedmiotu umowy wyprodukowanego w 2022 roku pod warunkiem, że jest to wyrób najnowszy producenta. Uwaga: Zamawiający wskazał wyrób (za pomocą jego typu) bez możliwości dopuszczenia w postępowaniu wyrobów równoważnych. Urządzenie VIBREX 2000 PLUS zostało wskazane przez producenta śmigłowca w procedurze wykonywania i usuwania niewspółtorowości łopat wirnika nośnego, wyważania dynamicznego wirnika nośnego oraz torowania łopat wirnika nośnego śmigłowców zgodnie z kartami technologicznymi.
