Description
1. Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi dostawa sterylnego asortymentu dla Kliniki Chirurgii Szczękowo-Twarzowej oraz Traumatologii i Medycyny Ratunkowej. 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera OPZ, stanowiący Załącznik nr 1-15 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną liczbę zadań. 3. Termin ważności dostarczanego asortymentu musi wynosić – min. 12 miesięcy licząc od daty dostawy towaru do siedziby Zamawiającego.
