Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wraz z wniesieniem sprzętu medycznego w asortymencie i ilościach wyszczególnionych w Załączniku nr 2 do IDW - Formularz asortymentowo – ilościowy oraz zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Część III SWZ. W ramach niniejszego przedmiotu zamówienia należy uwzględnić sprzęt, dostawę sprzętu do Zamawiającego, montaż, instalację i uruchomienie sprzętu oraz szkolenie personelu.
