Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu jednorazowego w tym rękawic nitrylowych oraz dzierżawa sprzętu urologicznego dla Bloku Operacyjnego Powiatowego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej z siedzibą w Starachowicach ujętych w pakietach w ilościach uzależnionych od bieżącego zapotrzebowania wynikającego z działalności leczniczej. W załączeniu wykaz produktów ( załącznik nr 5 do SWZ) w jednostkach miary i ilość przewidywanego zużycia w okresie 12 miesięcy. Dzierżawa sprzętu urologicznego na okres 24 miesięcy
