Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa endoprotez, implantów oraz narzędzi i wyrobów do zabiegów ortopedycznych wraz z utworzeniem banku dla potrzeb Powiatowego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej z siedzibą w Starachowicach przy ul. Batalionów Chłopskich 6, ujętych w pakietach w ilościach uzależnionych od bieżącego zapotrzebowania wynikającego z działalności leczniczej. W załączeniu wykaz wyrobów (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ) z opisem wymagań minimalnych i ilość przewidywanego zużycia w okresie 12 miesięcy.
