Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktów leczniczych i innych produktów do Apteki Szpitalnej. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 55 części. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a do specyfikacji. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści specyfikacji, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na pakiety. 1. Przez produkty lecznicze, należy rozumieć produkty lecznicze w rozumieniu ustawy prawo farmaceutyczne z dnia 6 września 2001 roku. Zaoferowane produkty lecznicze muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu na terenie Polski na zasadach określonych w art. 3 lub 4a ust. ustawy Prawo farmaceutyczne. 2. Przez wyroby medyczne należy rozumieć wyroby medyczne w rozumieniu ustawy o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. oraz Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2017/745 w sprawie wyrobów medycznych, zmiany dyrektywy 2001/83/WE, rozporządzenia (WE) nr 178/2002 i rozporządzenia (WE) nr 1223/2009 oraz uchylenia dyrektyw Rady 90/385/EWG i 93/42/EWG Zaoferowane wyroby medyczne muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu i używania na terenie Polski na zasadach okreś…
