Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i sfinansowanie w formie leasingu operacyjnego (w rozumieniu ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób prawnych - Dz.U. z 2023, poz. 2805, ze zmianami). fabrycznie nowego pojazdu typu śmieciarka. Szczegółowe parametry techniczne i wyposażenie przedmiotu leasingu precyzuje SWZ oraz specyfikacja techniczna stanowiąca Załącznik nr 1 do projektu umowy. Przekazanie pojazdów nastąpi w siedzibie i miejscu wskazanym przez Zamawiającego.
