Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa do Zamawiającego oleju napędowego ON (w gatunku odpowiednio do terminu dostawy: a) letni, b) przejściowy, c) zimowy, w ilości 200 000 litrów, spełniającego wymagania jakościowe zawarte w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26 czerwca 2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych.
