Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa odzieży bhp dla pracowników zatrudnionych na stanowiskach w Straży Leśnej. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Ilości asortymentu określono w Załączniku nr 1 (formularz ofertowy). Podane ilości przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią maksymalne ilości przedmiotu zamówienia, jakie może zamówić Zamawiający i służą do porównania i oceny ofert. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w Załączniku nr 9 do SWZ - projekt umowy. Minimalny okres gwarancji na cały asortyment wynosi 12 miesięcy.
