1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa narzędzi chirurgicznych dla Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia nie został podzielony na części. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określający wymagania Zamawiającego, ilości, zawarty jest w zał. nr 1 do SWZ – Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym oraz w zał. nr 5 do SWZ – Projekcie umowy. Wykonawca wypełniając wskazane w zał. nr 1 do SWZ pozycje, potwierdza spełnianie wymagań określonych przez Zamawiającego. 4. Oferowane przedmioty zamówienia muszą być kompletne, o wysokim standardzie zarówno pod względem jakości jak i funkcjonalności, a także wolne od wad materiałowych, konstrukcyjnych i prawnych. 5. Oferowane przedmioty zamówienia muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu i używania zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. 6. We wszystkich zapisach SWZ oraz jej załącznikach, w których Zamawiający odwołuje się do norm, aprobat, specyfikacji technicznych lub systemów odniesienia bądź wskazane są znaki towarowe, parametry lub źródła pochodzenia (nazwy producentów lub urządzeń), zgodnie z art. 99 ust. 5 oraz art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne. 7.
