Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie czterech rzędowych szaf klimatyzatorów wraz z demontażem aktualnie zamontowanych urządzeń klimatyzacji precyzyjnej. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w rozdziale II SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 3 . Zamawiający w myśl art. 139 ustawy Pzp przewiduje odwróconą kolejność oceny ofert, tj. najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 4. Zamawiający jest administratorem danych osobowych w rozumieniu Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27.4.2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia Dyrektywy 95/46/WE dalej „RODO”. 5. Wykonawca składa ofertę za pośrednictwem Platformy eZamówienia Urzędu Zamówień Publicznych -https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/pl/. 6. Zamawiający zastrzega, iż może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansow…
