Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, montaż oraz uruchomienie aparatu rtg z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy dla Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. błogosławionego księdza Jerzego Popiełuszki we Włocławku Wykonawca gwarantuje niniejszym, że sprzęt jest fabrycznie nowy (rok produkcji nie wcześniej niż 2025), nieużywany, kompletny i do jego uruchomienia oraz stosowania zgodnie z przeznaczeniem nie jest konieczny zakup dodatkowych elementów i akcesoriów. Żaden aparat ani jego część składowa, wyposażenie, etc. nie jest sprzętem rekondycjonowanym, powystawowym i nie był wykorzystywany wcześniej przez innego użytkownika. Dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 8 SWZ (formularz parametrów techniczno – użytkowych przedmiotu zamówienia do niniejszej SWZ). Zamawiający wymaga złożenia oferty po odbyciu wizji lokalnej. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące wizji lokalnej zawarte są w Rozdziale III. pkt. 1.2 ppkt. 21.
