1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa mięsa, wędlin i tłuszczy z mięsa czerwonego oraz mięsa i wędlin z mięsa drobiowego dla 24 Wojskowego Oddziału Gospodarczego w Giżycku w 2025r. z podziałem na 2 zadania: Zadanie 1 – mięso czerwone; Zadanie 2 – mięso drobiowe; 2. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówienia w ramach opcji, w okresie obowiązywania umowy, poprzez rozszerzenie zamówienia podstawowego o dodatkowe zamówienie opcjonalne, którego przedmiot i maksymalny zakres jest tożsamy z zamówieniem podstawowym. 3. Ilości oraz asortyment zostały ujęte dla każdego zadania oddzielnie w zestawieniach cenowych załącznik 1.1. – 1.2. do SWZ 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia – folder zip załącznik nr 5 – OPZ – zadanie 1, folder zip załącznik nr 6 – OPZ – zadanie 2. 6. O udzielenie zamówienia mogą się ubiegać Wykonawcy, którzy nie podlegają z postępowania na podstawie art. 108 ust. 1 oraz art. 109 ust. 1 pkt 5 i 7-9 ustawy Pzp. 7.O udzielenie zamówienia mogą się ubiegać Wykonawcy, wobec których nie zachodzą przesłanki lub okoliczności wskazane w art. 7 ust. 1 ustawy z 13 kwietnia 2022r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu a…
