1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa mebli biurowych i wyposażenia dla Zakładu Anatomii Prawidłowej, Klinicznej i Obrazowej Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Lublinie przy ul. Jaczewskiego 4 (zwana dalej: „przedmiotem zamówienia”, „produktem”). Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje 2 zadania (oferty częściowe). Zadanie nr 1 – Dostawa mebli i wyposażenia – meble biurowe Zadanie nr 2 – Dostawa mebli i wyposażenia – meble do zabudowy i metalowe 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w: • Załączniku nr 1a do SWZ – Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia – Zadanie nr 1. • Załączniku nr 1aa do SWZ – Formularzu cenowym – Zadanie nr 1. • Załączniku nr 1b do SWZ – Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia – Zadanie nr 2. • Załączniku nr 1bb do SWZ – Formularzu cenowym – Zadanie nr 2. 3.
