Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej: SOPZ) zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz we Wzorze Umowy, której wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ (dalej: Wzór Umowy lub Umowa).
