Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa oprogramowania w modelu subskrypcyjnym Oracle Java – Universal Subscription dla nielimitowanej ilości użytkowników i urządzeń lub oprogramowania równoważnego wraz z gwarancją Producenta na okres 36 miesięcy. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wykaz zadań, terminów oraz warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, płatności, etc. określone zostały w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej: „PPU”), które stanowią załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej: „OPZ”), który stanowi załączniki nr 1 do SWZ.
