Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej na obszarze PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Zamość na warunkach określonych w ustawie z dn. 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026, poz. 43) oraz wydanymi na jej podstawie aktami wykonawczymi do obiektów (punktów poboru), realizowaną na podstawie umowy sprzedaży, o której mowa w art. 5 ust. 1 i ust. 2, pkt 1 tej ustawy. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie ze szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia Zamawiającego (zał. nr 2A-2E do SWZ).
