Description
1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej (i odkup wytworzonej w instalacjach OZE) w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne dla Miasta i Gminy Serock oraz jej Jednostek Organizacyjnych wymienionych w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ, w okresie od dnia 1.01.2027 r. do dnia 31.12.2027 r., w prognozowanej łącznej ilości do 2700,050 MWh, obejmująca zamówienie gwarantowane oraz zamówienie objęte prawem opcji. 2) Zamówienie gwarantowane obejmuje dostawę energii elektrycznej czynnej w okresie od dnia 1.01.2027 r. do dnia 30.06.2027 r. w szacowanej ilości 1350,025 MWh. Zamawiający zrealizuje zamówienie gwarantowane w minimalnym zakresie określonym w ppkt 9. 3) Zamówienie objęte prawem opcji (opcja rozszerzająca) obejmuje dostawę energii elektrycznej czynnej w okresie od dnia 1.07.2027 r. do dnia 31.12.2027 r. w ilości nie większej niż 1350,025 MWh (maksymalna wartość opcji), dla punktów poboru energii wskazanych w załączniku nr 8 do SWZ.
